Research on the Distribution Pattern of Land Intensity of Rail Transit Station Areas in the Central City of Nanjing
Nanjing,as one of the first public transportation cities in China, advocates the development of public transportation to guide the efficient construction of the city. The study of the spatial distribution of land intensity of its rail transit stations has important reference value for the coordinated development of rail transit and land use in large and medium-sized cities in China. The study selected 98 stations of 5 urban lines in the central city of Nanjing, and standardized the intensity distribution pattern of station area by combining circle analysis and sector shape, and summarized 5 intensity distribution patterns, such as circle, sector, point axis, mixed and irregular distribution, and analyzed the spatial distribution pattern of stations in each pattern. It is found that the spatial distribution of stations with different intensity distribution patterns is closely related to the station location conditions, commercial center system planning, urban land intensity and station land nature.
