在当今数字时代,城市社区的治理理念、治理体系、治理方式、治理载体都随着数字技术的发展而不断变革和创新,智慧社区平台由此应运而生.文章以山东省某小区为例,结合其建设要求及建设内容,设计了一系列智慧化建设方案,该系统主要有运营管理、物业管理和社区治理等功能模块.该智慧社区管理系统的建设,对于提升管理效率、提高居民的幸福指数具有重要意义.此外,还对社区管理系统存在的关键性问题进行了分析,并提出建设性意见,指明了智慧社区系统建设未来的研究方向.
Abstract
In the current digital era,the governance concept,governance system,governance methods,and governance carriers of urban communities are constantly changing and innovating with the development of digital technology,and smart community platforms have emerged.This study takes a residential area in Shandong Province as an example,and combines its construction requirements and content to design a series of intelligent construction plans.The system mainly includes functional modules such as operation management,property management,and community governance.The construction of this smart community management system is of great significance for improving management efficiency and improving residents'happiness index.In addition,key issues in the community management system were analyzed and constructive suggestions were put forward,indicating the future research direction for the construction of smart community systems.
