文章以江苏省南通市某农村住宅为研究对象,运用DeST建筑能耗模拟软件建立模型,计算出该住宅全年累计能耗负荷;采用正交试验法组合多种节能改造方案,计算各方案全年累计负荷指标,并引入经济性分析得出最优的外围护结构节能改造方案,为推进农村住宅节能改造和低碳发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
Taking a rural residence in Nantong of Jiangsu Province as the research object,this paper uses DeST building energy simulation software to build a model and calculates the cumulative annual of energy consumption of the house,applies the orthogonal test method to combine a variety of energy efficiency transformation schemes,calculates the annual cumulative load index of each scheme,and obtains the optimal energy efficiency renovation scheme of the exterior envelope based on economic analysis.The conclusions of the paper provide references for the energy efficiency renovation and low-carbon development of rural residence.
