Analysis and Optimization Strategy of Urban-Water Relationship in Northwest Oasis Region in the New Era:Take Yinchuan as an Example
Building a harmonious urban-water relationship is an important goal of the planning and construction of the northwest oasis region.The paper sorts out the continuously developing and unique urban-water relationship in the oasis region of Northwest China from the two dimensions of time and space.By taking Yinchuan as a typical case,the paper analyzes the transformation of Yinchuan's urban-water relationship,and proposes to build a trinity of"water resources,water systems,and water places"in response to the current dilemma of the imbalance of urban-water relationships.The city-water relationship model and the city planning strategy are expected to provide reference for constructing a harmonious urban-water relationship in the northwest oasis area in the new era.
