摘要
沈阳"奉天皇姑屯医院"是京奉铁路沿线现存铁路建筑遗产的典型案例,是中国近代铁路发展历史和城乡空间演变的重要见证之一.研究对建筑的历史背景与发展沿革进行了梳理总结;从建筑功能分区、建筑风格与立面特征、建筑结构与材料等视角对历史建筑特征进行解析;在此基础上,研究从整体保护、功能更新、重构与修缮等方面对历史建筑保护与活化利用对策进行了分析;最后,解读了历史建筑的历史价值和艺术价值.
Abstract
The Fengtian Huanggutun Hospital in Shenyang is a typical case of the existing railway architectural heritage along the Beijing Fengtian Railway,and is an important witness to the development history of modern Chinese railways and the evolution of urban and rural spaces.It has summarized the historical background and development history of architecture;analyze historical architectural features from the perspectives of architectural functional zoning,architectural style and facade features,architectural structure and materials,etc;on this basis,the study analyzed the strategies for the protection and activation of historical buildings from the perspectives of overall protection,functional updates,reconstruction and repair;finally,the historical and artistic value of historical architecture was interpreted.
