Space Design Strategy of Small-scale New Energy Automobile Showroom from the Perspective of Service Experience
The automobile showroom is the terminal for displaying automobiles.As a user-oriented platform,with the popularity of new energy vehicles and the continuous upgrading of the experience needs of younger consumers,the reasonable space design of new energy vehicle showroom can not only play a key role in sustainable communication,building good relationship and offer great experience through service,but also effectively improve the sales of new energy vehicles and consumers'loyalty.Meanwhile,considering most of new energy vehicle companies choose small-scale urban automobile showroom,the current study re-examines the spatial design field of new energy automobile showroom from the perspective of service experience.With the overall and systematic thinking,the current study comprehensively explores the spatial sequence planning,spatial interactive experience and emotional design of the small-scale urban automobile showroom,and tries to refine the corresponding design strategy,so as to innovate the space design of the new energy automobile showroom.
