双碳背景下严寒地区办公建筑零碳设计策略初探

在"双碳"的目标下,建筑行业绿色化发展、低碳转型成为必然趋势.目前,建筑领域增量市场放缓,新建建筑要求持续提升,要求高品质高质量低能耗发展,而作为支撑城市经济发展的办公建筑依然存在一些问题,如能耗过高、污染严重、舒适度不佳以及安全性不高等,制约着办公建筑良性发展.基于此,文章对办公建筑零碳设计策略进行研究,为建筑领域碳减排提供参考依据.
Abstract
Under the goal of"double carbon",the green development and low-carbon transformation of the construction industry has become an inevitable trend.At present,the incremental market in the construction field is slowing down,and the requirements of new buildings continue to improve,requiring high-quality,high-quality and low-energy development,while the office building as a support for the development of the urban economy still exists a number of problems,such as high energy consumption,serious pollution,poor comfort and security,which restricts the benign development of office buildings.Based on this,the paper on the office building zero-carbon design strategy research,for the construction field of carbon emission reduction to provide reference basis.
