高层建筑空中连接体的城市性功能空间协同设计研究

我国城市集约化、高密度发展促使高层建筑向集群化、综合化发展,高层建筑空中连接是其中一种重要的演化方向,其主要动因之一为城市生活丰富多元、高效便利的需求推动建筑向功能复合化、空间网络化发展,多栋高层建筑的互联互通促使不同的城市功能体立体化发展,形成空中综合体.文章尝试从内因出发,在梳理高层建筑空中连接体的城市属性演变过程的基础上,提出高层建筑城市性功能协同的分析模型与目标,在功能需求、空间组织、城市环境三个维度上提出协同设计的策略,为高层建筑空中连接体的设计提供更具复合化价值的方法和路径.
Research on the Collaborative Design of Sky Bridges in High-rise Buildings for Urban Functional Spaces
The intensive and high-density development of cities in China has promoted the development of high-rise buildings to clusters and comprehensiveness.The sky bridge of high-rise buildings is one of the key directions of this development.One of the main driving forces behind the development of buildings into functionally complex and spatially networked structures is the diverse and efficient needs of urban living.The interconnectivity of multiple high-rise buildings promotes the three-dimensional development of different urban functional bodies,leading to the formation of integrated aerial complexes.This article explores the evolution of urban attributes of sky bridges in high-rise buildings,and proposes an analysis model and objectives for enhancing urban functionality of high-rise buildings through collaboration.We also present design strategies that coordinate the functional requirements,spatial organization,and urban environment of sky bridges,aiming to improve the comprehensiveness and value of the design method.
