利用乡村闲置资源高校研学基地建设的可行性探究

摘要
随着城镇化的快速发展,乡村人口的流失,村中大量资源面临被闲置的境况.基于此背景,整合再利用乡村闲置资源具有重要的现实意义,为乡村发展带来内生动力,实现乡村可持续性发展.文章重点探讨利用乡村闲置资源,推动高校研学基地建设的可行性.总结现有高校研学基地现状,发现高校研学基地数量少,分布不均且缺乏户外研学基地.为有效转化乡村闲置资源,坚持以国家政策支撑,以低成本高回报的轻质介入手段,盘活乡村广泛的存量资源,最终实现高校乡村共赢,城乡资源良性循环.
Abstract
With the rapid development of urbanization,the rural population is losing,and a large number of resources in villages are facing the situation of being idle.Based on this background,it is significance to integrate and reuse rural idle resources to bring endogenous impetus to rural development and realize sustainable development of rural areas.This paper focuses on the feasibility of using rural idle resources to promote the construction of university research base.By analyzing and summarizing the current situation of existing research bases in universities,it is found that the number of research bases in universities is small,the distribution is uneven and the outdoor research bases are lacking.For the effective transformation of village of idle resources,insist on national policy support,with low cost and high return light intervention,to revitalize the stock resources of the country wide,finally realizes the countryside and win-win,a virtuous cycle of urban and rural resources.
