The Research of Aging-adaptive Reformation Strategy of Rural Housing under the Background of Home-caring for the Aged:A Case Study of Fan'erzhuang Village in LiaoCheng City
This article constructs an overall logical framework for aging adaptation of rural residential buildings by sorting out the current issues of rural residential building structures and aging adaptation renovation,and researches the aging adaptation renovation strategy based on Fan'erzhuang Village.We reach these achievements:(1)The aging-adaptive reformation of rural housing is different from that of urban residences.It will focus more on the characteristics of housing structure,the economic situation of elderly families,and the government's promotion of aging-adaptive reformation of rural housing.(2)We sort out issues related to spatial layout,lighting and ventilation,and infrastructure that arise in rural residential areas via detailed research and analysis methods such as observation and interviews to rural residential.(3)We take field research and theoretical research in Fan'erzhuang Village,proposing reasonable solutions to common problems in rural areas and a design strategy for aging-adaptive reformation of rural housing,which could provide theoretical reference for other regions.
