摘要
哈尔滨市的工业废弃地具有城乡发展阻碍性、区域活力消极性,以及活化推进困难性三大特性,在以往的活化研究和设计实践中,往往存在较为显著的问题,因此提出了哈尔滨工业废弃地活化路径:代谢、修补、缝合、延续和活化,为哈尔滨工业废弃地现阶段面临的无机更新问题、内部空间质量低劣问题、区域联通不佳问题、工业场所精神断层问题以及无法有效活化场地问题提供解决思路.
Abstract
Harbin's industrial wasteland has three characteristics:obstruction of urban and rural development,negative regional vitality and difficulty in revitalization,and there are often significant problems in the previous activation research and design practice,so the activation path of Harbin industrial wasteland is proposed:metabolism,repair,suturing,continuation and activation,which is the problem of inorganic renewal,poor internal space quality,poor regional connectivity,and Harbin industrial wasteland at this stage.The problem of mental fault lines in industrial sites and the problem of ineffective site activation provide solutions.
