基于AHP法的老旧小区改造使用后评价研究

我国城市规划已从增量时代进入存量时代,国家开始全面推进城镇老旧小区改造工作.文章基于AHP层次分析法建立分级评价体系,通过专家打分法确定指标权重,以福州市三个老旧小区为典例进行改造使用后评价,研究结合专家和居民的打分得出评价结论.最后从根本生活需求、环境提升需求、精神归属需求三个角度提出改造优化建议.
Research on Post-use Evaluation of Old Community Transformation based on AHP
Since Urban Planning of our country has entered from the Incremental Era to the Stock Era,our country set out to promote the evaluation work of urban old community thoroughly.Firstly,the paper establishes a hierarchical evaluation system which bases on AHP according to the existing research.Secondly,based on the index weight which defined by expert evaluation method,the article evaluates three renovated old communities in Fuzhou on behalf.Thirdly,the research gets the evaluation conclusion by combining with the assessments of experts and residents.Finally,on the basis of the previous assessments,the paper puts forward the suggestions on optimizing the renovation from three perspectives:fundamental living needs,environmental improving needs and spiritual belonging needs.
