Research on Renewal Strategy of Waterfront Space under the Background of Urban Renewal:Taking Shishou City as an Example
Due to the problems of weak security baseline,poor ecological environment,insufficient utilization of shoreline,and poor accessibility of waterfront in the past development and construction of emphasizing economy over environment,waterfront space has become a key content of urban renewal.It is urgent to seek a balance between ecological safety and development and utilization to promote high-quality development of waterfront space.The paper takes the waterfront spaces of Shishou City as examples,it proposes five major renewal strategies:strengthen control,promoting restoration,optimizing space,filling gaps,and injecting vitality to create a safe,ecological and dynamic waterfront space to promote the integrated development of waterfront space,water shore and urban district.
