随着生活科技的快速发展,装配式建筑占据了大量的空间.通过对18层装配式住宅在高烈度抗震设防烈度下的抗震研究分析,得出如下结论,做好对竖向构件及水平构件的连接至关重要,剪力墙结构抗震设计必须满足全国及地方的设计要求,满足强度、刚度、稳定性等指标要求,达到建筑使用功能.剪力墙设计中需要预留一定的富余度,保证竖向构件可靠连接,以确保后期装配式剪力墙结构能在8度和9度抗震设防烈度条件下更好地设计和使用.
Design and Research of Prefabricated Residential Shear Wall Structures in High-Intensity Areas
In order to meet people's needs and with the rapid development of life technology,prefabricated buildings occupy a large amount of space.The following conclusions have been drawn from the seismic research and analysis of 18 story prefabricated residential buildings under high seismic fortification intensity.It is crucial to ensure the connection between vertical and horizontal components.The seismic design of shear wall structures must meet the national and local design requirements,meet the requirements of strength,stiffness,stability,and other indicators,and achieve the building's functional use.A certain degree of margin needs to be reserved in the design of shear walls,ensure reliable connection of vertical components.To facilitate the better design and use of prefabricated shear wall structures under seismic fortification intensity conditions of 8 and 9 degrees in the later stage.
