Against the backdrop of the trend towards green and intelligent development in the construction industry,as well as the huge number and quality assimilation of construction talents in universities,vocational construction graduates are facing a severe employment situation.The paper introduces the Porter Five Forces Model for analysis.Based on the strategic thinking of cost leadership,differentiation,and specialization proposed by the model,strategies of"active adaptation""applicability"and"school-based"are proposed to explore effective paths for cultivating vocational construction talents,improve their matching with employment positions,and enhance employment competitiveness.This promotes the healthy and orderly operation of the construction industry,thereby forming the development of universities,student progress a virtuous cycle of market prosperity.
