当今社会,"最"字号土木工程作为人们追求卓越的基建成果,代表了强盛的竞争力,推动着科技进步和社会发展,但也会带来很多负面效应.文章在对"最"字号历史工程的价值分析和现代超级土木工程价值两面性剖析的基础上,强调能够做到扬长避短、让"最"字号工程造福人类社会进步,才是负责任工程师的职责和终生追求.
Abstract
As the infrastructure achievement of human pursuit of excellence,the civil engineering projects with supremacy in scale represent the strong competitiveness in current society,which can promote the progress of science and technology,as well as the development of society.However,they will also bring about many negative effects.By analyzing the value of historical projects with supremacy in scale and the value duality of modern super projects,this paper concludes that it is the responsibility and lifelong pursuit of the responsible engineers to promote strengths and circumvent weaknesses of the civil engineering projects with supremacy.As a result,they can be made to benefit the progress of human society.
