基于特定生产环境的工业建筑被动式节能改造研究——以邯郸地区白酒酿造车间为例

白酒作为中国特有的传统酒种,具有很悠久的历史,其中浓香型白酒占据主流市场.在中国北方地区,受气候影响,夏季气温升高,当室内环境温度超过28℃时,会影响到白酒的质量,酿酒将面临停产.研究为了改善北方地区浓香型白酒生产现状,针对该特定生产环境,选取邯郸地区典型的酿造车间——赵王酒业酿造车间为例.研究基于对其进行夏季制冷情况下,改变其窗墙面积比、屋顶窗面积比和外围护结构热工性能参数对酿造车间节能率的影响,以期为提高浓香型白酒企业生产经济效益与实现清洁生产提供有价值的参考.
Research on Passive Energy Saving Renovation of Industrial Buildings based on Specific Production Environment:Taking Handan Baijiu Brewing Workshop as an Example
As a unique traditional liquor in China,Baijiu has a long history,and Luzhou-flavor Liquor occupies the mainstream market.In northern China,due to the climate,the temperature in summer increases.When the indoor ambient temperature exceeds 28℃,the quality of liquor will be affected,and liquor production will be suspended.In order to improve the production status of Luzhou-flavor Liquor in northern China,the typical brewing workshop of Zhaowang Liquor Industry in Handan was selected as an example for the specific production environment.The research is based on the influence of changing the area ratio of window to wall,the area ratio of roof to window,and the thermal performance parameters of the outer enclosure on the energy-saving rate of the brewing workshop under the condition of cooling in summer,in order to provide valuable reference for improving the economic benefits of the production of Luzhou-flavor Liquor enterprises and achieving cleaner production.
