摘要
农村人居环境整治是美丽中国和乡村振兴过程中亟须解决的重点问题.中国当前在农村人居环境整治方面面临着一系列挑战.在浙江省实施的"千万工程"背景下,嘉善县勇敢探索了新时代农村人居环境整治的新途径.结合嘉善县的实践经验和获得的启示,我们认为各地政府应秉持可持续发展为根基,融入生态环保的发展思维,激发村民的乡土自信心,建立以农民为中心的治理执行机制,并坚持科学布局的创新方法.
Abstract
The improvement of rural human settlements is a key issue that needs to be solved urgently in the process of rural revitalization and the construction of a beautiful China.Facing the current challenges of rural human settlements governance in China.Jiashan County bravely explored new ways to improve the rural human settlements environment in the new era under the background of the"Ten Million Project"implemented in Zhejiang Province.Combining Jiashan County's practical experience and enlightenment,we believe that local governments should uphold sustainable development as the foundation,integrate ecological and environmental protection development thinking,stimulate villagers'local self-confidence,establish a farmer-centered governance implementation mechanism,and adhere to scientific innovative approach to layout.
