基于文本分析的高层住区公共空间健康促进营造策略研究

住区是城市空间的重要组成单元,并在健康城市的营造过程中发挥着重要作用.文章基于扎根理论,通过质性分析软件NVivo 12.0对国内外的相关研究文本、优秀设计案例以及政府导则性文件进行开放式编码、主轴编码以及选择性编码分析,并通过饱和度检验后得出高层住区公共空间健康促进营造框架,并从物质空间、社会人文以及管理服务三个层面提出适用于高层住区公共空间健康促进营造策略.
Abstract
Settlement is an important component of urban space and plays an important role in the process of creating a healthy city.Based on the theory of rootedness,the paper analyzes the domestic and foreign related research texts,excellent design cases and governmental guideline documents by open coding,spindle coding and selective coding with the qualitative analysis software NVivo 12.0,and derives the framework of public space health promotion in high-rise settlements through the saturation test,and proposes strategies for the creation of public space health promotion in high-rise settlements from the dimensions of physical space,social and humanistic aspects as well as management services.The framework of public space health promotion in high-rise settlements was analyzed by open coding,principal axis coding and selective coding.
