Research on Meijiawu Space Renewal and Industrial Integration Development Planning from the Perspective of Irregularity
The"urban village"in the suburban scenic area represented by Meijiawu is a special type in the process of Hangzhou's urbanization development. On the one hand, the beautiful natural landscape blurs the boundary between the city and the countryside. The characteristic rural agricultural landscape and its profound cultural connotation have become the best representative of urban tourism. On the other hand,Meijiawu has a lot of people and little land, and the development pressure is great, and it is strictly restricted by the construction control of scenic spots, and a series of problems it faces in its development have certain typical characteristics. The research team combined physical space research, social and cultural research and literature search to sort out the overall spatial evolution and functional business characteristics of Meijiawu. From the perspective of informality, four main non-activities of tea production, tourism service, villager residence and foreign recreation are analyzed at micro scale. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the development needs and practical problems concerned by villagers and tourists, the planning principle of"adhering to people-oriented,deepening the integration of agriculture and tourism, and revitalizing local culture"is further upheld, and the road traffic network is optimized, focusing on solving the problem of parking difficulties;improve the vitality of village business and accelerate the innovation of rural tourism products;activate the potential of tea industry and continue to promote traditional tea culture;making up for the shortcomings of people's livelihood and continuously enriching and improving community functions are four aspects of spatial renewal planning,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the living environment, enhancing villagers'income, promoting the sustainable development of Meijiawu, and providing reference experience for the spatial renewal of similar villages.
