在城市更新背景下,天津市主城区老旧小区中存在着很多未被充分利用的闲置空间,造成存量资产的浪费.综合利用社区各项有利的闲置空间资源,通过更新改造盘活存量空间,挖掘老旧小区的潜力和价值.根据天津市主城区老旧小区闲置空间的废弃建筑、停车库、保安室、报刊亭、闲置空地五种类型的空间特点,分析闲置空间问题产生的原因,提出老旧小区闲置空间如何改造的相关建议.
Research on the Renovation of Idle Space in Old Residential Areas in the Main Urban Area of Tianjin
In the context of urban renewal,there are many underutilized idle spaces in old residential areas in the main urban area of Tianjin,resulting in the waste of existing assets.By comprehensively utilizing various favorable idle space resources in the community,we can revitalize the existing space through renovation and tap into the potential and value of old residential areas.Based on the spatial characteristics of abandoned buildings,parking lots,security rooms,newspaper booths,and idle spaces in old residential areas in the main urban area of Tianjin,the reasons for the problem of idle spaces are analyzed,and relevant suggestions on how to renovate the idle spaces in old residential areas are proposed.
