Study on the Application Strategy of Assembled Building Devices in Upgrading the Quality of Old Residential Areas:Taking Baiyun District of Guangzhou as an Example
With the continuous development of urbanization,the renovation of old residential areas is also in full swing.The renovation project has its particularity and complexity,and besides creating space,the prefabricated building devices have unique advantages in dealing with the complex work of upgrading the quality of old residential areas because of their flexibility,rapidity and standardization.Therefore,paper takes the old residential area in Baiyun District of Guangzhou as the research object,points out the realistic dilemma in the quality improvement of the old residential area,studies the feasibility of assembling building devices in the quality improvement of the old residential area,and puts forward its application strategy in the quality improvement of the old residential area.
