摘要
历史文化街区保护规划实施评估可按实施顺序划分为规划实施前评估、规划实施过程评估以及规划实施效果评估.研究对处于不同的阶段的评估方法进行对比分析,并从应用层面对街区保护规划实施评估的评估方法进行优化探讨,最后对公众参与街区保护规划实施评估进行反思,以期后续在进行街区保护规划实施评估时借鉴和参考.
Abstract
The implementation evaluation of the protection plan for historical and cultural blocks can be divided into pre implementation evaluation,process evaluation,and effectiveness evaluation according to the implementation order.The study compares and analyzes evaluation methods at different stages,and optimizes the evaluation methods from the application level for the implementation evaluation of block protection planning.Finally,the public participates in the evaluation of block protection planning implementation and reflects on it,with the aim of drawing inspiration and reference in the subsequent evaluation of block protection planning implementation.
