Conservation Practices of Historical Districts based on Historic Urban Landscape(HUL):Taking Chenggu,a Famous Historical and Cultural City in Hanzhong,as an Example
The proposal of Historical Urban Landscape(HUL)provides a new direction and method for the protection and development of the living heritage of historical cities.Based on the theory of HUL,introduces the connotation concepts of"historical stratification value","formation mechanism"and"correlation reconstruction of value elements"into the conservation practice of Chenggu Historical District.Based on the dynamic,pluralistic and landscape pattern characteristics shown in the historical stratification process,this paper analyzes the interaction between various carriers and the stratification cultural correlation.Therefore,the strategy of overall protection and activation utilization of historical districts is proposed to promote the sustainable development of historic city.
