酒类工业遗产是文化传承的重要载体,本文将通化葡萄酒厂作为研究对象,通过三生视角下,对酒类工业遗产的进行论述,并运用CiteSpace软件分析2003-2023工业遗产和"三生"理念融合下的研究热点,分析现有酒类工业遗产的改造策略及其方法,为酒类工业遗产改造提供参考依据.
Abstract
The liquor industry heritage is an important carrier of cultural inheritance.This paper takes Tonghua Winery as the research object,discusses the alcoholic industrial heritage from the perspective of"Three Lives",and uses CiteSpace software to analyze the research hotspots under the integration of industrial heritage and the"Three Lives"concept from 2003 to 2023.It analyzes the transformation strategies and methods of existing alcoholic industrial heritage,providing reference basis for the transformation of alcoholic industrial heritage.
