Research on the Design Strategy for the Transformation of Liquor Industry Heritage from the Perspective of Production,Life,and Ecology:Taking Tonghua Winery as an Example
The liquor industry heritage is an important carrier of cultural inheritance.This paper takes Tonghua Winery as the research object,discusses the alcoholic industrial heritage from the perspective of"Three Lives",and uses CiteSpace software to analyze the research hotspots under the integration of industrial heritage and the"Three Lives"concept from 2003 to 2023.It analyzes the transformation strategies and methods of existing alcoholic industrial heritage,providing reference basis for the transformation of alcoholic industrial heritage.
