游客视角下广府古城空间舒适性评价研究
Study on the Space Comfort Evaluation of the Ancient City of Guangfu from the Perspective of Tourists

文化古城作为历史的见证者,是凝聚地方特色与文化的载体,也是如今人们旅游观光的重要场所.文章以邯郸市广府古城为载体,利用问卷调查、量化分析和模糊综合评价等研究方法,对古城游览舒适性评价做主观与客观的分析.研究发现:在选取游览舒适性指标时,人们更重视交通便捷性与游览体验感,而对服务便捷性与空间感知的需求较低;对古城分级进行舒适性评价后,广府古城整体游客舒适性评价为一般,由此揭示出古城内部存在基础设施落后,游览连续性较差等问题,为后期传统古城旅游评价提供借鉴与参考.
Abstract
As a historical witness,the ancient cultural city is the carrier of condensing local characteristics and culture,as well as an important place for people to travel today.Taking Guangfu Ancient City in Handan City as the carrier,this paper makes a subjective and objective analysis on the comfort evaluation by questionnaire survey,quantitative analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The study found that when selecting the tour comfort index,people pay more attention to transportation convenience and tour experience,and have low demand for service convenience and space perception.After the comfort evaluation of the ancient city classification,the overall tourist comfort evaluation of Guangfu Ancient City is general,which reveals the problems such as backward infrastructure and poor tour continuity in the ancient city,which provides reference and reference for the traditional ancient city tourism evaluation in the later period.
