工业遗产旅游综合体是工业遗产保护利用的创新形式,采用的是复合型开发模式.在对工业遗产旅游开发现状和存在问题解读的基础上,结合旅游综合体概念,提出由单一工业旅游到多元产业一体化发展的趋势下,从空间、功能、文化三大方面探讨工业遗产旅游综合体规划策略,并以龙岩市长汀县东阳山度假旅游综合体为例,从实践角度论证工业遗产旅游综合体规划策略的实用性.
Abstract
Industrial heritage tourism complex is an innovative form of industrial heritage protection and utilization,which adopts compound development mode.Based on the interpretation of the development status and existing problems of industrial heritage tourism,combined with the concept of tourism complex,this paper puts forward the planning strategy of industrial heritage tourism complex from the three aspects of space,function and culture under the trend of integrated development from single industrial tourism to multi-industry,and takes Dongyang Mountain Resort Tourism Complex in Changting County,Longyan City as an example.The practicability of the planning strategy of industrial heritage tourism complex is demonstrated from the perspective of practice.
