摘要
为促进经济社会绿色转型、实现可持续发展,以及应对城市愈发频繁的极端天气,文章深入分析了长江流域小南海水利枢纽库区(以下简称库区)建设中的一系列问题,提出了相应的库区滨江空间格局优化策略和库区绿色产业发展路径.在"双碳"背景下,研究结果可以为充分发挥水利工程建设带来的多元效益提供思路与参考.
Abstract
To promote green transformation of the economy and society,achieve sustainable development,and cope with increasingly frequent extreme weather in cities.The article deeply analyzes a series of problems in the construction of the Xiaonanhai Water Conservancy Hub Reservoir Area in the Yangtze River Basin(hereinafter referred to as the Reservoir Area),and proposes corresponding strategies for optimizing the spatial pattern of the riverside in the Reservoir Area and the development path of the green industry in the Reservoir Area.The research results can provide ideas and references for fully utilizing the diverse benefits brought by water conservancy engineering construction in the context of"dual carbon".
