摘要
"双碳"目标下开展城乡绿色建筑产业工人技能更新行动具有独特的时代价值.在实践中,城乡绿色建筑产业工人技能发展面临多重困境.借鉴欧洲绿色建筑工匠技能培训项目的实践经验,我国可以通过增酬赋能、多元协同、书证融通、云端发力的行动策略助力城乡绿色建筑产业工人技能更新.
Abstract
The action of updating the skills of workers in the urban and rural green building industry under the"Dual Carbon"Goal has unique historical value.In practice,the skill development of workers in the urban and rural green building industry faces multiple challenges.Drawing on the practical experience of the European Green Building Craftsman Skills Training Program,China can assist urban and rural green building industry workers in updating their skills through action strategies such as salary empowerment,diversified collaboration,integration of documentary evidence,and cloud based efforts.
