With the increasingly severe situation of global climate change and energy resource constraints,nearly zero energy building has become the focus of research and development in the field of construction worldwide.This study aims to explore the implementation technologies of nearly zero energy building in hot summer and cold winter area,including envelope structures,energy-saving equipment,and the use of renewable energy,and to analyze their benefits in terms of energy consumption and environmental protection.
