摘要

随着气候问题的日益严重,对节能减排的需求已经扩展到各个领域.数智化背景下,既有高校成为零碳建设的基本单元.然而,在如何遴选高效的零碳化改造技术以及如何形成系统化的方法体系方面,目前仍存在明显的不足.在减碳技术层面,归纳为建筑运行、空间布局、能源供应三大碳排放维度,面向实施推广进行技术遴选,最终形成包括便捷互联的数智化管理平台、高效可再生的能源系统、节能节水的建筑单体、绿色出行的智慧低碳交通、高碳汇的公共空间环境、资源化的水资源及固废,以及寒暑假节能运行策略在内的高校零碳化改造方法集成体系.

Abstract

With the increasingly serious climate problem,the demand for energy conservation and emission reduction has expanded to various fields.Under the background of digital intelligence,existing universities have become the basic units of zero-carbon construction,and how to select efficient zero-carbon transformation technology and form a method system is slightly insufficient.In terms of carbon reduction technology,it can be summarized into three carbon emission dimensions of building operation,spatial layout and energy supply,and technology selection of corresponding dimensions is carried out for implementation and promotion.Finally,an integrated system of zero-carbonization transformation methods for colleges and universities is formed,including convenient and interconnected digital intelligent management platform,efficient and renewable energy system,energy-saving and water-saving building units,intelligent and low-carbon transportation for green travel,public space environment with high carbon sink,resource-based water resources and solid waste,and energy-saving operation strategies in winter and summer vacations.
