Research on the Construction of Community Safe Living Circle based on Physical Examination Evaluation:Taking the Main Urban District of Handan City as an Example
With the pilot implementation of urban physical examination in various cities,the frequent occurrence of earthquakes and the outbreak of the novel coronavirus epidemic have put forward new challenges to urban physical examination work,and urban safety space has become the focus.This paper first reviews the impact of epidemic,earthquake and other disasters on urban safety,and analyzes and summarizes the research status of community safety living circle at home and abroad.Secondly,according to the urban physical examination evaluation report of Handan City,problems and causes related to the index results of urban safety construction are found,and a community safety living circle is established by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.At last,the main urban area of Handan City is divided into 45 community safety living circles,and their reasonability is tested.
