Research on the Aging Adaptability of Outdoor Environment in Urban Residential Communities based on POE:Taking Liandu District,Lishui City,Zhejiang Province as an Example
Against the backdrop of aging population and home based elderly care model,the outdoor environment of urban residential areas has become an important carrier of daily life for the elderly.Improving the adaptability of outdoor environment in residential areas to aging is of great practical significance.Taking 96 residential areas in the central urban area of Liandu District,Lishui City,Zhejiang Province as the research object,through on-site inspections,questionnaire surveys,and random interviews,a thorough investigation was conducted on the outdoor activity status and usage evaluation of elderly residents in residential areas.The current situation of the aging suitability of key outdoor functional spaces and landscape elements in residential areas was analyzed in detail,and the existing problems and shortcomings were summarized and summarized,followed by practical and feasible optimization suggestions,to provide reference for the aging friendly construction of urban residential areas.
