在经历了快速扩张后,部分城市陷入发展空间紧张的困境,而城市绿地地下空间开发不仅能满足绿地自身的功能拓展需要,对于城市实现可持续、集约化发展也具有重要意义.文章首先梳理城市绿地地下空间的开发动因,从生态性、安全性、经济性、社会性、连通性五个层面探讨城市绿地地下空间开发的影响因素,并结合现阶段开发过程中遇到的困境,提出优化策略.
Abstract
After undergoing rapid expansion,some cities have gradually found themselves in a predicament of limited development space.The development of underground spaces in urban green areas not only meets the expansion needs of green spaces,but also holds significant importance for cities to achieve sustainable and intensive development.This paper first examines the motivations behind the development of underground spaces in urban green areas,and explores the influencing factors of such development from the perspectives of ecology,safety,economy,society,and connectivity.Additionally,it proposes optimization strategies by addressing the challenges encountered in the current development process.
