Urban-Rural Integration Development Pathways:How Embedded Rural Memory to Help Resettlement Community Renovation:A Case Study of Y Resettled Community in Ningbo City
In order to take the road of new urbanization with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to adhere to urbanization that integrates urban and rural areas. With the need for urban renewal, the modernization of resettlement communities is becoming more frequent. However, the integration of rural sentiments and smart communities is an important issue that deserves attention in the dual process of farmers'citizenship and community futurization. The anxiety of the resettled residents has been exacerbated by the steep loss of the farming environment and the drastic reduction of public space. In order to solve the conflicts between urban and rural communities, promote the harmonious development of communities, and improve the effect of urban-rural integration, this case is based on the Social Identity Theory and Community-Empowerment Theory, and starts from the perspective of"rural memory"to re-explore and sort out the diversified needs of residents. This paper takes this as a framework to analyze the development history of Ningbo's pure peasant resettlement community in realizing urban-rural integration,so as to explore the valuable experience of resettlement community renewal and construction in Zhejiang Province,as well as to provide specific references for the renovation and development of various old neighborhoods throughout the country.
