科技产业园区作为城市经济发展的重要载体,对推动城市经济具有重要意义.早期建设的科技产业园区已不能满足现代生产创造的需求,在城市更新背景下衍生了科技产业园区的改造项目.文章基于可持续发展理念,以天津大学科技园提升改造设计实践为典型案例,分析其如何运用可持续性发展理念开展改造设计,归纳出科技产业园区改造的设计手法与策略,以期对产业园区的改造项目提供设计参考.
Abstract
As an important carrier of urban economic development,science and technology industrial parks are of great significance to promoting urban economy.The science and technology industrial park built in the early stage can no longer meet the needs of modern production and creation,and the transformation project of the science and technology industrial park has been derived in the context of urban renewal.Based on the concept of sustainable development,this paper takes the upgrading and renovation design practice of Tianjin University Science Park as a typical case,analyzes how to use the concept of sustainable development to carry out transformation design,and summarizes the design methods and strategies for the transformation of science and technology industrial parks,in order to provide design reference for the transformation projects of industrial parks.
