Research on Vitality Evaluation of the Old Districts Based on the Theory of Community Construction:A Case Study of Taigu Ancient City in Shanxi
The construction of vitality evaluation system and evaluation of the old urban areas can be targeted to enhance the vitality of strategies to enhance the scientific and implementable nature of urban renewal,in line with the new situation of urban renewal work needs to explore new development model requirements.Based on the theory of community building,this study tries to quality the factors that affect the vitality of the old urban area from five aspects:crowd vitality,cultural vitality,local characteristic vitality,industrial vitality and landscape vitality.On this basis,determine the vitality evaluation index of the old city and construct the evaluation system,using Taigu Ancient City as an example to conduct an empirical study on the evaluation model.
