Preliminary Study on Preventive Protection on the Pagoda of Ten Thousand Volumn Huayan Buddhist Sutra
A large number of Liao pagoda buildings in Inner Mongolia are an important part of China's architectural cultural heritage,but they are affected by natural environment and human factors.At present,there are serious diseases,and the preservation status is worrying.In this paper,through the photographing,mapping clarifying the diseases of the tower foundation on the Pagoda of Ten Thousand Volumn Huayan Buddhist Sutra.The manifestations are cracks,spalling and loss,dissolution,etc.These diseases are mainly caused by the unique geographical conditions and climatic environment in Inner Mongolia,such as large wind and sand,large temperature difference between morning and evening.This provides a basis for the preventive protection of the tower foundation in the future.At the same time,preventive protection strategies are proposed to strengthen the management of staff,identify risks in advance through monitoring,reduce the cost of prevention and control,and reduce the re-destruction of the foundation of Pagoda of Ten Thousand Volumn Huayan Buddhist Sutra as much as possible.
