摘要
1930年建成的大连连锁商店街建筑群是20世纪上半叶先进的商住合一街区,其作为近代建成遗产具有重要的历史、技术和文化研究价值.文章通过对文献、图纸和影像文本的分析,对大连连锁街店面设计进行史料梳理、类型总结并归纳其设计模式及动因.研究表明:首先,连锁街具有国际风格兼地域特色,店面设计体现了同时期西方现代主义并针对大连的气候环境进行了改进;其次,设计过程体现了早期街区风貌管控和公众参与的设计新理念.
Abstract
Dalian Chain-Store Street built in 1930 is an advanced commercial and residential neighbourhood in the first half of the 20th century,which has important historical,technological and cultural research value as a modern built heritage.Through analysing documents,drawings and video texts,the article compiles historical information,summarises the types and summarises the design patterns and motives of the Dalian Chain-Store Street storefront design.The study shows that,firstly,the Chain-Store Street has an international style and regional characteristics,and the shop front design reflects the Western modernism of the same period and improved for the climate of Dalian;secondly,the design process embodies the new concepts of early neighbourhood style control and public participation design.
