Construction and Application of the Evaluation Model of Stadium Use Efficiency Matrix based on SUI Evaluation Method
The operation of large and medium-sized stadiums has always been a worldwide problem.Especially for the permanent stadiums built for the competition,except for a few European and American countries with high sports industry level,sports facilities in most countries,including our country,are faced with the problem of low utilization rate after the competition,its essence is the mismatch between construction standards and operation levels.Based on the stadium utilization index proposed by Jens Alm,this paper attempts to construct a stadium utilization efficiency evaluation model,and explains the reasons for the idle venues caused by the mismatch of construction standards from the perspective of supply and demand matching.The industry experience of venue operation is taken as the standard benchmark to initially set the value regression line and establish the evaluation reference.By summarizing the matching characteristics of venue construction standards and use status,nine types of venues are summarized,which provides an intuitive and quantitative theoretical tool for evaluating the use status of venues to be updated or predicting the use status of new venues.From the case analysis,three combinations of construction and renovation strategies based on the use efficiency model are extracted,including capacity reduction and loss reduction,capacity expansion and energy increase,and demand expansion and efficiency improvement.development policies in the core business district.
