Streets,as a people-oriented design focus,have been extensively studied.The paper first summarizes the concept of lifestyle streets,emphasizing their roots in daily life.By organizing relevant literature,the paper summarizes the progress of current research on lifestyle streets from the aspects of objective spatial research,user perception,interaction of subjective and objective elements,and new data technologies.Finally,it is pointed out that new technological quantification methods can help establish a multi indicator street space quantification framework,deepen understanding of street elements and user interaction mechanisms.
