老旧小区宜居性评价是提升老旧小区宜居性的重要途径,目前,针对老旧小区公共空间特点的宜居性评价指标体系较少,更是缺乏整体视角的更新体系.本次研究基于老旧小区公共空间特点和问题的研究成果构建的宜居性评价体系,以郑州国棉五厂小区为例,利用IPA建立判断模型,在此基础上,从宜居的角度对老旧小区公共空间提出优化策略,从而提升国棉五厂老旧小区的公共空间品质,创造宜居的生活空间,并希望可以为老旧小区公共空间更新的参与者提供理论指导和实践依据,并为我国老旧小区公共空间更新的开展等提供建议.
Research on the Optimization Strategy of Public Space in Old Residential Areas from the Perspective of Livability:Taking the No.5 Factory Community in Zhengzhou City as an Example
The livability evaluation of old residential areas is an important way to improve the livability of old residential areas.At present,there are few livability evaluation index systems for the characteristics of public space of old residential areas,and the lack of renewal system of overall perspective.This study is based on the characteristics of public space and problems of old community research build livable evaluation system,in Zhengzhou Cotton Five Factory Village,for example,using IPA judgment model,on this basis,from the angle of livable to the old village public space optimization strategy,to improve the old public space quality of Cotton Five Factory Village,create livable living space,and hope for the old village public space update participants provide theoretical guidance and practical basis,and for the old village public space update,etc.
