Research on Physical Examination System and Renewal Strategy of Supporting Facilities in Old Communities in Southern Fujian:Taking Zhangzhou City as an Example
Under the background of urban renewal in China and the improvement of the quality of old communities in southern Fujian,taking Zhangzhou City as an example,the relevant provisions of national standards and provincial standards on community supporting facilities are integrated,and a physical examination system is formed based on this.The typical old communities are evaluated by physical examination from four aspects:the construction standard attainment rate,the facility coverage rate,the accessibility of residents and the satisfaction of residents.And from the perspective of space layout,construction quality,facility maintenance and public participation,the author puts forward some suggestions on the renewal of supporting facilities in old communities.
