In recent years,with the continuous implementation and promotion of policy which is revitalizing industrial relics,old factories,as carriers of urban renewal and development,have a historical mission of inheriting urban context and cultural formats.Therefore,it is crucial to study how to effectively operate and develop old plant renovation style cultural and creative parks.The paper takes the 1986 Grand Canal Cultural and Creative Park as an example to sort out its renovation background,current situation,development advantages,and existing problems as an old factory renovation style cultural and creative park,in order to demonstrate its operational development situation.Then,providing the effective suggestions and relevant inspirations for the operation and development of the old plant renovation style cultural and creative park.
