Correlation Between Organic Renewal Theory and Industrial Waste Land Revitalization and Renewal
This paper studies the development process of organic renewal theory,and sorts out the background,origin connotation and research status of organic renewal theory.Subsequently,the correlation theories of organic renewal theory are reviewed,and the relationship between micro-renewal theory,urban repair theory,sustainable development theory and organic renewal theory is studied,so as to provide a relevant theoretical basis for the action of organic renewal theory on industrial wasteland,and analyze their role in the activation of industrial wasteland.This paper explores the correlation between organic renewal theory and the revitalization of industrial wasteland.The theory of organic renewal has played a positive role in the revitalization of industrial wasteland in abandoning large-scale demolition and construction,improving the quality of space,connecting living space,inheriting industrial culture and transforming regional functions,and provides a theoretical basis and guiding ideology for the revitalization and renewal of industrial wasteland.
