The value evaluation of historical buildings is the starting point of historical building protection work.In response to the lack of quantitative analysis methods for the value of residential historical buildings,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on residential historical building value evaluation is proposed.Through expert questionnaires,the importance scores of each indicator were obtained as the basis for determining the Saaty scale,avoiding the situation of pairwise comparison of multiple indicators.The impact weights of each indicator in the indicator framework on the upper level indicators were calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,and the score calculation formula of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to derive a value evaluation model for residential historical buildings.
