Jinhua Railway Station is an important central hub station along the self-built Hangjiang Railway in China.The study first summarizes the historical background of the construction of the Hangjiang Railway,as well as the general situation and facilities in the initial stage of the construction of the Hangjiang Railway,and analyzes the factors affecting the location of the Jinhua Railway Station.Secondly,the study selects the most iconic historical building of the main station building in Jinhua Railway Station as a typical railway heritage case,and analyzes in detail the architectural features of the main station building in each historical segment during its historical change process,including functional space,architectural form and facade form,structural system,etc.Finally,the study explains the value attribute of Jinhua Railway Station and the significance of its protection,activation and utilization.
