Research on Landscape Design of Public Space in Traditional Villages from the Perspective of Regional Cultur:Taking Dukang Village in Luoyang as an Example
In the past fifteen years,China's economy has developed rapidly, and the scale of urbanization construction has gradually expanded, leading to a sharp decline in the number of traditional villages in China. The development of traditional villages is facing problems such as excessive development or"hollow villages".Many traditional village patterns have not been properly protected, resulting in the gradual disappearance of the regional culture contained in traditional villages. This paper takes Dukang Village,a national level traditional village in Luoyang City,Henan Province,as the research object,in line with the strategic policy of rural revitalization in China.Combining with local folk activities, historical relics, intangible cultural heritage, and other aspects of Dukang Village, the current regional culture of the village is sorted out,and strategies for designing the landscape of public spaces in traditional villages are explored to achieve the inheritance of regional culture.
