Taking modern Lingnan architectural decoration as the research object,this paper analyzes the types,themes and semantics of Lingnan architectural decoration by means of field investigation,comparative research and case analysis.It believes that the changes of architectural decoration is the inevitable result of the development of architectural form and construction technology,and its decorative language shows the semantic characteristics of a specific era.So the decoration of architecture concrete reflection of social productive forces and social aesthetics of an era.
