在"一带一路"倡议及中吉乌铁路建设的背景下,中亚地区的投资建设将迎来一段历史机遇期.作者从历史发展和经济基础的角度出发,对中亚地区住宅投资发展进行调研,详细考察了当地住宅组团的形态特征,并对市场需求及规范差异进行了梳理.文章将以当地某住区规划为例,结合实地调研及互联网开源信息等多方面渠道,对有意前往乌兹别克斯坦投资房地产市场的个人或实体提供前瞻指引.
Abstract
In the context of the"One Belt,One Road"initiative and the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway,Central Asia faces significant historical investment opportunities.This paper explores residential investment in Central Asia from a historical and economic perspective,detailing a survey on local construction groups and market demand.Using the planning of a local residential area as a case study,and combining on-site research with open-source information,the paper offers guidance for those interested in investing in Uzbekistan's real estate market.
